Continuity management and preparedness
Continuity management means safeguarding the organisation’s core functions in accordance with predefined models. Properly planned preparedness safeguards the operations of services and society in various incidents.
Continuity management must be planned for
- normal conditions
- incidents in normal conditions, and
- unusual conditions (if legally required of the organisation).
