Digital support providers – join the “Primarily Digital Official Messages” Q&A sessions in spring 2026
Published 6/2/2026
Are you a digital support provider looking for guidance on questions related to the transition to digital official mail? The spring 2026 “Primarily Digital Official Messages” Q&A sessions offer an opportunity to ask questions and receive up‑to‑date information directly from experts at the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.
Throughout spring 2026, we will organise a Q&A session for digital support providers on the last Friday of each month. During these sessions, you can ask questions specifically about the changes related to primarily digital official mail.
There will be no separate presentation. Our experts will be available to answer questions and clarify how the reform affects both customers and digital support providers.
