Passwords for the FSC training environment have been reset

The passwords for the Finnish Service Catalogue training environment have been reset on July 31, 2025. The shared passwords previously used will no longer work when logging into the training environment.

The new password table can be found on the General instructions for the user interface page under First practice the use of the user interface in the training interfaceOpens in a new window.. You can use any username-password combination in the table.

The contents of the training environment have not been deleted.

The training environment is a user interface that is completely identical to FSC's production environment, where you can practice adding, editing, and publishing services and service channels, for example. The data is not transferred from the training environment to anywhere else, and you cannot view the data created for training purposes on any public website.

The password reset does not apply to the production FSC, where you can log in with the same credentials as before or by strong authentication. If you have never used the training environment, this news is not relevant to you.
