The user interface has sections that are identical for all content types of the Suomi.fi Finnish Service Catalogue (FSC). These general instructions for user interface tell you how to use these content-independent features.

The Customer Test Environment is a user interface that fully corresponds to the FSC production environment where you can practice such features as the adding, editing and publishing of services and service channels. (The name of the Customer Test Environment was previously Training Environment.)
You cannot view the data created for training purposes in the Customer Test Environment on public websites.
You cannot transfer the data created for the Customer Test Environment to the actual FSC. Thus, you should only use the Customer Test Environment to practice the use of the user interface. The Customer Test Environment database is emptied at irregular intervals, and in this process the created data is deleted.
Select a sample organisation from the table and use any of its user IDs and passwords. You can select any of the user IDs irrespective of your own organisation. You should use main user, user or API IDs depending on which features you want to test.
With the user ID and password, you can only edit the service and service channel data of the sample organisation in question.
You can use the FSC user interface in Finnish, Swedish or English. You can change the user interface language in the upper corner menu where the languages are listed. Click the language that you want to use.
