How to log into the FSC?
Note the following
- If your organisation has not yet registered in the Suomi.fi Service Management, you cannot directly register as an FSC user.
- Your organisation must register with the Serviceadministration and apply for access to PTV.
Log into the FSC on the Suomi.fi Service Management website at https://palveluhallinta.suomi.fi/enOpens in a new window.. Click Log in and select strong identification or login with the user ID and password.
When using the FSC for the first time, you must register as a Suomi.fi Service Management user with strong identification (using a certificate card, online banking IDs or a mobile certificate). After identification, you can specify a user ID and a password for the FSC.
After logging in, you are directed to My Suomi.fi Services of the Service Management from where you can continue to the FSC by clicking Go to Finnish Service Catalogue.
If you are the Suomi.fi Service Management main user in your organisation and you want to edit FSC access rights of other users in your organisation, you must use strong identification to access Service Management (with a certificate card, online banking IDs or a mobile certificate). You cannot edit the access rights with the user ID and password created for the FSC.
