Organising work
The organisation of FSC work involves roles and tasks common to all organisations, which are presented in this section. The most important roles are the FCS Main user, the FCS User and the Service Management Main user responsible for user management. The role of management and supervisors is to support the above-mentioned persons in carrying out their FCS-related tasks.
It is important for the entire organisation to understand why the organisation uses the Suomi.fi Finnish Service Catalogue and what benefits it can bring to the organisation.
It is not a good idea to assign FSC tasks to certain people, but to the roles they act in. This way, FSC competence will remain in the organisation if people come and go.
