Producing content for the Finnish Service Catalogue
When your organisation produces information for the FSC, it must
- describe the details of the organisation,
- identify the services and their service channels,
- describe the services and their service channels, and
- connect the services and the channels.
The content is saved in the FSC in accordance with the data model. This means that each piece of data is entered in a specific field in a format specified in advance.

Information can be produced for the FSC in two ways:
- The data can be entered in the FSC user interface,
- or the data can be entered in the FSC by machine via the IN interface.
This section contains instructions for content production and instructions for using the user interface. More detailed instructions are available to specific user groups, such as municipalities and wellbeing services counties.
The data model and field-specific instructions for content production also apply when the data is imported from another system by machine via the IN interface.
