The instructions for using FSC content production and user interface apply to all organisations producing service information for the FSC.

However, specific types of organisations are provided with more detailed instructions, which take into account the specific features of these organisations and the services that they provide.

Instructions for using general descriptions, and for describing employment and sports services are available to municipalities and joint municipal authorities.

Wellbeing services counties are provided with instructions for describing specialised medical care services.

Non-government organisations are provided with instructions for activating the FSC and for situations in which the information produced by the organisation is already available in the Lähellä.fi service.
