Instructions for service channel description

The five types of service channels in Finnish Service Catalogue are e-service, webpage, printable form, telephone service and service location. A service channel is the way in which a customer can access a service.

The instructions for describing these channels are divided into two parts: shared description instructions and an individual set of instructions for each channel. If you are describing a service channel for the first time, start with the shared description instructions.

Both the shared instructions and the instructions for each channel are available on the Suomi.fi for Service Developers website in the same order as they appear in the FSC interface. You can follow the instructions as you enter data into the interface.
