How to describe a printable form?

Printable form is one of the five types of service channel in the Suomi.fi Finnish Service Catalogue.

A printable form can be

  • a file containing a form that the customer prints out, fills in by hand and delivers to the organisation by post or in person
  • a file containing a form that the customer prints out, fills in by hand, scans and sends as an email attachment to the organisation
  • a file containing a form that the customer fills out digitally on a terminal device but has to print out for delivery to the organisation by post or in person
  • a file containing a form that the customer fills in on a terminal device and sends as an email attachment to the organisation.

You can enter the details of one or more printable forms.

Note! You can enter the information of multiple forms only if the forms are related to the same topic described by the “printable form” service channel. Forms related to different topics handled by your organisation should not be grouped under the same service channel. Instead, each topic should have its own service channel.
