How to describe an e-service channel?
E-service is one of the five types of service channel in the Suomi.fi Finnish Service Catalogue. Customers can use e-services to manage their affairs digitally, with or without identification.
Typical e-service channels include different kinds of booking, registration and application systems, customer service chats, and services such as Omaolo.
