How to describe a telephone service?

The telephone service is one of the Suomi.fi Finnish Service Catalogue's five of service channel types. Telephone service refers to a telephone service channel through which clients can use the service and receive additional information about the service.

There are three kinds of telephone service channels:

  • a call,
  • a text message (including WhatsApp messages) and
  • a fax.

The instructions for service channels are divided into two sections: common and service channel-specific.
