In some messages received in Suomi.fi Messages, an additional notice was displayed the following notice “NOTE! External sender. Do not open links or attachments unless you recognize the sender.”

At the moment, not all users are able to act on behalf of a company in the Suomi.fi mobile app. Received messages can be read via the Suomi.fi Web Service .

Suomi.fi Service Management was working only partially between 7th and 8th April 2026. During that time a technical issue was preventing applications from being submitted.

Suomi.fi Service Management is currently (8.4.2026) working only partially.

Disruption in PRH's system limits the use of Suomi.fi authorizations

Disruption over: 19.9.2025 there was a problem in Telia's authentication relay service that prevented authentication with online banking codes and mobile certificate in in Suomi.fi e-Identification.

There was a disruption in Suomi.fi e-Identification. It was not possible to use online banking codes or mobile certificat to identify yourself in public administration e-services.

There were disruptions in VTJkysely and Suomi.fi e-Authorizations 27.8.2025 between 9.00-10.00.

There was a disruption in Suomi.fi e-Identification. Due to the disruption the service may have occasionally worked slowly. The disruption is now over.

There were delays in the delivery of Suomi.fi Messages between Saturday 28.6. and Monday 30.6. All messages were delivered by 9:00 on Monday 30.6.
