Suomi.fi e-Authorizations was only partially available on the morning 2.10.2026. The service is now operating normally again.

Authentication in mobile applications that use Suomi.fi e-Identification is currently not working on Android 13 or older versions. The services can still be used normally through a web browser.

The bank identification in the Suomi.fi mobile application works again normally with all bank credentials.

Temporary interruptions possible in the Suomi.fi Messages QA environment on 9 September 2026

Maintenance work will be carried out in Suomi.fi Messages on 22.07.2026 between 03.00 and 06.00.

Suomi.fi e-Identification was working only partially between 23.6.2026 at 16.00 and 24.6.2026 at 12.03. The situation is now resolved and the service is functioning normally again.

In some messages received in Suomi.fi Messages, an additional notice was displayed the following notice “NOTE! External sender. Do not open links or attachments unless you recognize the sender.”

At the moment, not all users are able to act on behalf of a company in the Suomi.fi mobile app. Received messages can be read via the Suomi.fi Web Service .

Suomi.fi Service Management was working only partially between 7th and 8th April 2026. During that time a technical issue was preventing applications from being submitted.

Suomi.fi Service Management is currently (8.4.2026) working only partially.
