Identification of Information, Workspaces and Tools (TTTT-model)

The TTTT-model consists of the identification of information, workspaces and tools.

1. To ensure a safe and secure operation process data in accordance with the set requirements, you must identify the category of data you are processing. This determines the types of facilities and services that can be used to process the data.
2. Once you have determined the classification of the data are processing, you must identify the physical (work)spaces in which you are allowed to process the data.
3. Once you have identified the classification of the data you are processing, you must identify which devices and what kinds of ICT services in the digital operating environment (organisation’s own or external) you can use to process the data.
