The Secure Application Development Handbook describes the key information security principles and requirements of an organisation’s application development as well as the related control measures.

Product teams are the target group of the handbook and it is used in organisational application development. 

The Secure Application Development Handbook was produced as part of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s Development Programme for Digital Security in Public Administration (JUDO). The handbook was published in June 2023.
