The purpose of this checklist is to facilitate the commissioning and procurement of an security operations centre (SOC) by explaining the most common concepts and measures.

The handbook was prepared in cooperation between various different organisations and experts in the VAHTI Development of Digital Security in ICT services working group, and it was published in October 2023.
