The VAHTI risk management glossary includes key digital security and risk management concepts and instructions for risk communications. The document is useful and applicable in various situations related to risk management or security of the digital operating environment.
The glossary and guidelines are aimed in particular at specialists and managers in businesses, communities or public administration sectors, whose work may involve the following topics:
- digital or cyber security
- comprehensive security or security of supply
- communications
- organisation development
- projects.

The glossary is published as part of the JUDO project, which is a part of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s VAHTI operation, in November 2022.
