Service levels

Suomi.fi e-Authorizations is available for end users and customer organisations 24/7/365 without disruptions. Temporary downtime may be caused by  planned maintenance interruptions, unpredictable technical difficulties  or other disruptions independent of the Suomi.fi services. Known  maintenance interruptions will be announced in advance on the Suomi.fi  website. Normal production updates do not interfere with the service.

New organisations can be connected to Suomi.fi e-Authorizations without it causing any harm to the customer organisations that have joined earlier. The Digital and Population Data Services Agency is responsible for  providing a scalable service solution in which increasing volumes does  not affect the availability of the service.

The service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.

If necessary, a service level and customer satisfaction report will be produced on the service.
