Suomi.fi Authorizations have made daily operations easier in many client organisations. Employment pension company Ilmarinen has increased the annual use of e-services by one third among Ilmarinen's employer customers by utilising Suomi.fi e-Authorizations. The use of Suomi.fi Authorizations has also improved customer satisfaction. Through Authorizations, Ilmarinen has clarified their daily operations and gained a deeper understanding of the needs of their own client organisations.

Tax Administration was among the first organisations to deploy Suomi.fi Authorizations in 2016. The switch into digital authorisation has brought cost savings and new kind of data to Tax Administration.
