How to register with Suomi.fi Service Management
Please note
- The first user of a new client organisation is automatically given an administrator role. If the first user wants to transfer the administrator role to another person, they must invite that person to the client organisation's account and grant them administrator rights.
To use Suomi.fi Service Management, you need to have registered as a user and you must belong to an organisation that is registered with Suomi.fi Service Management. If your organisation has not previously used Service Management, you must first set up a new organisation account.
If your organisation is already registered with Service Management, you will need an invitation from another user in your organisation to join your organisation.
Registration requires strong identification in the service. You can identify yourself as a service user with bank credentials, a certificate card or a mobile certificate.
Registration step-by-step

If you are already a user of an organisation registered in the Service Management and want to register another organisation, log in under the New user? heading by clicking on the Log in and add organisation button.
- Check if your organisation already has an active account in the service by using your organisation’s business id.
- If your organisation is already registered with Service Management, send an invitation request to your organisation's administrator by clicking on the Send request button. Your organisation’s administrator will add you as a Service Management user.
- If your organisation has not been registered yet, you can register it now by filling out the form and accepting Service Management’s terms of use. After registering you are the organisation's administrator. Read more about administrator's duties.
Remember that becoming your organisation's administrator for Service Management does not grant you access to other Suomi.fi services. You need to apply for access licences for other Suomi.fi services separately.
