What is Suomi.fi Service Management?
The Service Management website is a self-service portal for organisations. It allows them to activate Suomi.fi services easily and quickly. On the website, the organisation accepts the terms of use for the services and fills out the necessary permissions and requests. The activation and management of services requires users to identify themselves and register in Service Management. They also need a user permit granted by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.
After logging in, an organisation that has registered with Service Management can configure or define the settings of the systems related to the services as a self-service. They can also view and download statistical and reported data in an electronic format from Suomi.fi services.
How do organisations use Service Management?
As the aim is to gather all of the client organisation’s data in one place, the organisation must not have more than one client account for the Service Management website. After registering, the client organisation manages its own user IDs and can invite anyone to join its organisation account to become a Suomi.fi Service Management user.
