Service maintenance
After you have deployed Suomi.fi e-Authorizations, remember to maintain the service and keep the customer instructions up to date. Report any changes in the deployment of Suomi.fi e-Authorizations to valtuudet-kayttoonotot@dvv.fi.
Maintenance consists of the following areas:
Administrative maintenance
- Keep the service contact persons up to date.
- Keep the service instructions for your customers up to date and easy to find.
- Report changes to the service name and the web address.
- Follow the bulletins of Suomi.fi e-Authorizations and subscribe to Suomi.fi info and newsletterOpens in a new window..
- If you are expanding the service, report new use cases and any new mandate themes.
Technical maintenance
- Keep the rule engine up to date.
- Give a new return address if the service web address changes.
