Private sector has limited right to deploy use

The private sector has a limited right to use Suomi.fi services to support its own services.

Private-sector organisations include

• private organisations
• foundations
• traders

The private sector can use the following Suomi.fi services:

• Suomi.fi Finnish Service Catalogue
• Suomi.fi Data Exchange Layer
• Suomi.fi Web Service
• Suomi.fi e-Authorizations if they have the right to process the personal identity code of their customers or some other unique identifier required for requesting or displaying information in the provision of their services
• Suomi.fi Open Data.

Private-sector organisations performing a public task based on an agreement pursuant to a law or on other grounds may also use other Suomi.fi services in this task under certain conditions. Read more on the page Right to use Suomi.fi services in a public task.
