Metadatagenerator (BETA)

You can use the generator to create a metadata file. The generator only performs light validation of the content, meaning:

• Fill in entityID either as a full URL address, or as a valid urn:oid.
• Remove the beginning and ending tags from the certificate (-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- -----END CERTIFICATE-----). For customer testing, self-signed certificates are used, and in production, EXTERNALLY CA-signed certificates are used.
• Enter a valid email address (the address is used for IMPORTANT notifications related to changes in Suomi.fiidentification, service issues, etc.), if the address does not work, the metadata can be rejected.
• The generator creates the "simplest" metadata, which can be supplemented manually if necessary. Please use a simple editor (notepad, notepad++ etc.) and always save the file in UTF-8 format. The generator can be found at the address:
