How to approve a user permit request submitted by an intermediary
When an organisation acting as an intermediary requests a user permit for the Suomi.fi service in Service Management on behalf of your organisation, the intermediary will request the details of your organisation’s contact person and possibly other details.
Your organisation must accept the terms of use and the request itself and submit it electronically for processing to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency through Service Management. The designated contact person will receive a link via e-mail. By clicking this link, they can approve the request submitted by the intermediary in Service Management.
The approval process is outlined below:
- You will receive an e-mail notification about the user permit request submitted by the intermediary.
- Open the approval link in the email.
- Log in to Service Management.
- If the request is in order, you can accept the terms of use and confirm that the request will be forwarded to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency for processing.
If there are any errors in the request, please do not approve it. Contact your supplier instead. If you approve the request, it will be submitted for processing and the intermediary will no longer be able to edit it.
