Communication and cooperation procedures
The provision of information related to disruptions in the Suomi.fi Payments service will take place
- through the vendor’s disruption-related communications by email to the contact persons for disruptions specified by the customer organisation in its Suomi.fi Payments deployment form (or separately at a later date)
- on the vendor’s Status PageOpens in a new window..
The State Treasury will provide information about the developments and changes to the service to the contact persons specified by the customer organisation in its Suomi.fi Payments deployment form (or separately at a later date).
To develop the service and ensure its service level, the State Treasury hosts a Customer collaboration group with representatives from its customer organisations at least twice a year. The group monitors the implementation of service levels and discusses the questions, new features, and development initiatives related to the service. The members of the Customer collaboration group can also comment on the changes proposed by the State Treasury to the service description and its appendices. If a customer organisation wishes to join the Customer collaboration group, they can send an email to the State Treasury at verkkomaksaminen@valtiokonttori.fi.
The State Treasury and the vendor host a Management collaboration group to discuss the feedback from customer organisations, the functionality of their cooperation, and the service’s development needs. These details are also discussed in the service's monitoring meetings.
