Service deployment
Suomi.fi Payments is implemented as a “Service as a Service” throughout the contract period. The service relies on the principle of continuous development. The service can also take the development wishes of its customer organisations into account if these wishes are implementable and of benefit to the other users of the service.
The use of the service requires the technical integration of the public administration organisations’ e-service with the Suomi.fi Payments service. The public administration organisation is responsible for its own deployment costs resulting from the integration process.
The deployment of the service will be subject to the standardised procedure created for public administration organisation-specific deployments.
The deployment of the service requires a contractual agreement with the State Treasury.

Service maintenance
The vendor is responsible for maintaining the Suomi.fi Payments service and provides customer organisations with phone support on weekdays (Mon–Fri) from 8 am to 5 pm. Contact information:

Changes to the service
Any changes to the service will be announced to customer organisations in accordance with the contact information provided by them
Service termination
The termination of the service is subject to the termination procedure described in the service contract.
