Cumulative code list
Note the following
- When a code list has been made cumulative, the selection cannot be cancelled any more.
A cumulative codelist helps to ensure that its codes cannot be deleted. When a version (first or later one) of a codelist has been marked cumulative and its status has been set to valid, its codes cannot be deleted even in later versions.
Codes can be added to a new version manually or through a file import. New codes can be deleted until the status of the version has been set to “Valid”.
A codelist can be made cumulative by checking the box for “Cumulative codelist” in the data card of the codelist.
