Actions on the terminology front page

When you open a terminology, you will first see a list of all the concepts in the terminology.

• To view the content of a concept, click the name of the concept on the list. You will land on the front page of the concept. Read about the concept front page of concepts in more detail on the page Front page of concepts and terms.                                                                                          
• If you have the right to edit the terminology, you can add concepts to it. To add a concept to the terminology, select Add new concept. Enter the preferred terms for the concept in the languages used in the terminology and click Continue.
• You can also add concepts by importing them as a file by selecting Import concepts. Read about importing concepts in more detail on the page Importing concepts with files.
• To see more information and actions, open the selection bar by clicking Terminology information and actions. For more information about actions in a terminology, see the page Editing a and deleting a terminology.

Filtering the concepts 

You can filter the search results to display only a specific part of the concepts belonging to the terminology. By default, the list displays concepts.

• You can filter the search by entering a search word.
• You can also filter the search by selecting the language. 
• To see the concept collections, select Concept collections. Concept collections are a terminology subset that includes the concepts related to a specific theme. 
• To view concepts with specific statuses, select the desired statuses. The available statuses are Valid, Draft, Superseded, Retired.

Removing search filters from a concept

The search filters used will be shown as pill-shaped elements above the list of concepts. You can remove an individual search filter by clicking the corresponding pill.
