Business rules for connections

This page is preliminary and will be supplemented during autumn 2026. The business rules apply to publishable content in the Finnish Service Catalogue (FSC).

The instructions contain the business rules for connection information in the Suomi.fi Finnish Service Catalogue (FSC). The connection describes how a service is available in the selected service channel.

• The maximum length is 1000 characters

Contact information

• Optional
• You can add one or more types of contact information, such as email address, fax number, phone number, webpage address and postal address.
