Maintenance

After your organisation has joined Suomi.fi Messages, you must remember to regularly maintain your connection. This maintenance process consists of administrative and technical maintenance measures.

Administrative maintenance includes the following:

  • monitoring changes made to Suomi.fi Messages in your communication channels
  • collecting and monitoring feedback
  • maintaining contact information
  • maintaining the life cycle state of your connection
  • changing the name of your organisation or service.

Technical maintenance includes the following:

  • managing information security
  • renewing your certificates
  • ensuring the functionality of end user message retrievals.

You can monitor the uusage statistics related to your organisation’s integration, which you can find by logging into Service ManagementOpens in a new window. (Suomi.fi Service Management). You can filter the data included in the reports through the Filters page. Use the arrow keys at the bottom of the view to move through the pages of the report. You can find the instructions for reports in the upper right corner and on the last page.
