How do I fill in the information on organising the service?
The Suomi.fi Finnish Service Catalogue includes various types of responsibility and producer information that must be entered in the services so that the customer who they are dealing with.
Tip! If the service is produced by your organisation alone, you do not need to change the defaults.
Each service has only one main organisation responsible for the service and its information in the Suomi.fi Finnish Service Catalogue. Only the main responsible organisation can modify the service.
You may also select other responsible organisations for the service, if your organisation, based on an agreement, is responsible for arranging the service on behalf of other organisations. These other organisations cannot edit the content of the service.
Mark responsible organisations
In the Main Organisation field, the default is your organisation, i.e. the organisation to which your user ID is linked. You can only select your organisation or a subsection thereof as the main responsible service organisation.
Search and select the other responsible organisations in the Other responsible organisations field. Only organisations that exist in the FSC can be selected here. It is not possible to select the Main Organisation in the Other responsible organisations field.
The type of funding field is completed automatically based on your organisation type.
- If your organisation is a public service provider (state, municipality or regional joint organisation), the funding type will be set as public funding.
- If your organisation is a private service provider (NGOs, communities or businesses), the funding type will be private funding.
However, this can be changed if necessary.
