How do I complete the basic information on the service?
Enter the required information
- You can create services as incomplete in draft state.
- You can only publish the service after you have entered the required information.
- Optional sections are marked as Optional.
Click the Add New button to start describing the service in the user interface. Select Service.
This opens the page on which you enter the initial details of the service. Select the language in which your service description will be in and type in the service name. You can select multiple languages right away and enter the names, or create different language versions of the service later. Click the Add Service button.
Next, a page opens in which you fill in all the details of the service. The information fields that are not marked as (optional) are mandatory.
To cancel without saving, press the Cancel button in the top or bottom of the page. Your changes will not be saved.
At the top, you will find the General Descriptions section.
General descriptions have been prepared for municipalities, wellbeing services counties, employment areas and Evangelical Lutheran parishes. If your organisation is not one of the above, ignore the General Descriptions section.

First, you fill in the Basic Information section. If you are copying text from a Word file, paste the text to something like Notepad first to strip the formatting.
