The purpose of the glossary is to help organisations communicate about Suomi.fi Messages clearly and consistently. The glossary supports the planning of service-related messages, instructions and other content, and helps organisations choose appropriate concepts and terminology for different situations.

A shared set of concepts reduces ambiguity and promotes consistent communication across organisations. In addition, the glossary makes it easier to read and understand documentation and instructions related to Suomi.fi Messages.
