System providers whose products include integration with Suomi.fi Messages
See below for a list of systems for which a Suomi.fi Messages integration is available. Please note that the information is indicative and based on details received by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency concerning system vendors’ connections.
You should contact the system vendor directly to
- request an introduction to the implementation
- find out more about costs
- initiate activation
- ask about the possibility of integration if the system you are using is not on the list
- find out more about the REST migration, its schedule and any future changes in the implementation of the functionalities.

While system providers cannot join the service themselves, they can operate between Suomi.fi Messages and organisations, offering a ready-made connection to Suomi.fi Messages as part of the system they have developed or as a separate service. The Digital and Population Data Services Agency supports the building of software connections. The connections are implemented in the same way as other system integrations.

CaseM | Fujitsu
Fujitsu's CaseM service is a solution designed for the public administration to digitalise administrative case management processes. Messages, notifications or requests for additional information can be sent from the CaseM case management system and CaseM e-services to citizens via Suomi.fi Messages service.

Kosila Aatos is a lightweight modular case management system built on the M-Files information management platform. Koha library system | Koha-Suomi Oy
Koha library system covers libraries' key functions, such as lending, cataloguing and customer management. The system is widely used in Finnish libraries, and it supports flexible development of libraries. Suomi.fi Messages integrated in this system can, for example, be used to send customer messages.

DigiOne is a national digital service platform jointly developed by municipal actors and Kuntien Tiera that serves as an umbrella for teaching and education systems. Its aim is to compile the data and services used by teachers, learners, guardians and the administration into a single, user-friendly system. Suomi.fi Messages is used to send notifications to guardians and pupils.

DigiExpress e-Service | Resys
DigiExpress is an open-source service platform developed and maintained by ReSys, enabling public sector organisations to accelerate service digitalization quickly and cost-effectively. Through the platform, users can create and develop their own forms, edit the content of the e-service, and communicate with their customers regarding service requests and other functions using Suomi.fi Messages. The platform also utilizes Suomi.fi authentication to identify the customer’s operating environment and manage authorizations, for example by offering specific customers relevant forms.

eService Messages | Eventizer Oy
With this solution, the organization can send and receive messages through the Suomi.fi Messages service in the role of an authority. The service runs in a web browser and is provided as a cloud service. User management is integrated with the organization’s Microsoft Entra ID or Google Cloud Identity user management.

ePalvelu | Eventizer Oy
ePalvelu can be used to implement high-quality and secure e-services compliant with accessibility requirements, in which Suomi.fi Messages is used to submit matters for processing by an authority. Eventizer Oy’s ePalvelu also enables the use of Suomi.fi e-Authorizations, e-Identification and Payments services with forms. Ready-made templates can be used to implement the forms.
